Admitted to the High Court of Kenya in 1998 Patricia is a graduate of Keele University (UK) with a Masters in Law (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Former Partner (2004 to 2007 January) in the Real Estate/ Conveyancing Department with the firm of Daly & Figgis Advocates, Nairobi and prior thereto spent Five (5) years with Ndungu Njoroge & Kwach Advocates ( 1997 to 2002).

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE – Ruth Wambui Njuguna

Ms. Njuguna joined the Firm in 2015. Her main area of practice is general conveyancing.
She served her pupilage at the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning and acquired a practical knowledge of conveyancing from the lands registry perspective which she has married with her private practice knowledge to attain and apply a holistic knowledge of the field.
Ms. Njuguna holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kampala International University, Uganda and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE – Purissma Wagaki Wambugu

Ms. Wambugu joined the Firm in 2016. Her main area of practice is litigation specifically matters pertaining to debt recovery, enforcement of commercial contracts, tort, insurance and banking litigation, industrial and labour matters and judicial review.
With two (2) years previous work experience at Mohamed Madhani & Company Advocates in the Litigation and Debt Recovery Department she possesses excellent experience and competencies.
Ms. Wambugu holds a Bachelors of Laws from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE – Wilfred Nyangera Maranga

Mr. Wilfred Nyangera Maranga joined the Firm in 2016. His areas of practice primarily include real estate development and conveyancing where he advises clients on matters relating to the buying and selling of property and the perfection of bank securities. He is also conversant with litigation having handled matters including debt recovery, probate and administration, family law, industrial and labour litigation and landlord and tenant disputes among others.
He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with the intricate workings of land administration and land rights, having worked with the Kenya Land Alliance, Resource Conflict Institute (RECONCILE), WildlifeDirect and Mucheru Oyatta & Associates Advocates prior to joining Waruhiu & Co. Advocates.
He volunteers his time to the Law Society of Kenya legal aid in the hope that his commitment and work will have a positive impact on land administration in Kenya for years to come.
Mr. Maranga holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University and he is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
